As a busy parent and registered paramedic with over 17 years of experience, I understand how overwhelming midlife can be, marked by low energy, creeping weight gain, and the constant pressure to keep going while putting yourself last.
I’ve lived through burnout myself, and throughout my paramedic career, I saw firsthand how many health issues—like heart disease, diabetes, and chronic fatigue- could have been prevented with the right support and lifestyle changes, especially for those over 40.
